For Community Leaders

Your market, your church, your co-op — as the front door to local food.

A Community Leader is the organization or person leading a community on Vine & Grove: the home base for Providers and Neighbors in your area, with your name on it.

Here's how it works: you apply to lead a community. Once approved, your community page becomes the home base for local Providers and Neighbors in your area. Every order placed through your community sends 2% back to your organization — paid quarterly, automatically, and shown on every receipt as its own line.

What you get

  • Your own community page — products, Providers, stories, and events — with your organization's name and photo on it.
  • 2% of every order placed through your community, attributed to your organization and paid quarterly. A thank-you for hosting the market, not a commission.
  • Tools for the real-world part: pickup days, events, and announcements at your location.
  • A direct line to Josh and Emma, not a ticket queue.

What we ask of you

  • Host pickup days at your location.
  • Bring your Providers in — the bakers and growers your people already know.
  • Tell your Neighbors: bulletin, pulpit, newsletter, the table by the door.
  • Be the person a Neighbor recognizes at pickup.

Who can lead a community

Any person or organization. Farmers markets, churches, co-ops, schools, neighborhood associations, nonprofits — or an experienced organizer building a community from scratch. Trust is everything, and your community already trusts you.

$10 of eggs: $10 to the Provider, 80¢ runs the market, 20¢ to your community.

The 2% is paid to the organization leading the community, never to an individual as income. One agreement, one bank account per community. Same math on every receipt. See the full breakdown.
