Building stronger communities through local food connections
We believe local food systems can address four of society's most pressing challenges
Supporting local food systems dramatically reduces transportation emissions. When your tomatoes travel 5 miles instead of 1,500, we all breathe easier.
Direct-to-consumer sales ensure producers keep 92-95% of every sale, compared to 30-50% through traditional retail channels. Fair pay for fair work.
Local food is fresher, more nutritious, and builds resilient community food networks. Know exactly where your food comes from and who grows it.
Our Phase 2 vision includes maker/gardener communities—shared spaces where producers can live and work affordably while building sustainable livelihoods.

Vine & Grove was born from a simple observation: the people who grow our food and make our goods deserve to thrive, and the communities they serve deserve access to quality local products.
We started as neighbors who wanted to support local farmers but found the existing options—scattered farmers markets, complicated CSA subscriptions, or impersonal grocery stores—left everyone wanting more.
So we built something different. A platform that puts relationships first, where every transaction strengthens the bond between producer and neighbor. Where the person who grew your carrots can tell you about their farm, and you can tell them how much your kids loved them.
Today, Vine & Grove connects thousands of neighbors with local producers across the country. But we're just getting started. Our vision extends to creating entire communities built around sustainable local economies—places where makers, growers, and neighbors live and work together.
